Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay spoke on Twitter about the visit of the Speaker of the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi to Armenia.
According to Oktay, Pelosi’s statements in Yerevan are completely unacceptable because they do not correspond to historical and current realities, do not express an unbiased opinion. The Turkish vice president accused Pelosi of “sabotaging diplomatic efforts.” He also stated that Turkey will resolutely side with Azerbaijan, which has been under “unjust and illegal occupation for 30 years, in order to liberate its native lands.”
