Garo Paylan Visited Saint Giragos Armenian Church in Diyarbakir
On his official Facebook page, Garo Paylan informed that he visited the Saint Giragos Armenian church in Diyarbakir city.
He wrote: “I examined the restoration works in our Saint Giragos Armenian Church in Diyarbakir.”
The restoration of Saint Giragos Church started in 2019. The church was badly damaged during the Turkish-Kurdish clashes in Diyarbakir in late 2015.
