Eight Armenian Prisoners of War Return From Azerbaijani Captivity
On Monday, eight Armenian prisoners of war returned to their homeland through the mediation of the French government and the EU.
Four of the freed Armenian soldiers were taken prisoner in Artsakh shortly after the ceasefire in December 2020.
The other four servicemen were captured during heavy fighting on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in November 2021.
