The much-awaited DigiTec Summit and Expo 2022 [2023 March Edition] has finally kicked off in Yerevan, and it’s bigger and better than ever before! This year’s event is the largest in its history, with 30 speakers from 9 countries, 2000 registered visitors and 120 companies participating.
The summit, which focuses on the topic of “Ambitious Tech: Enabling open economies to be more resilient in an increasingly unstable world,” features C-level executives and founders from existing and to-be unicorns from countries such as Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Israel, the Netherlands, Ukraine, and the US, in addition to host country Armenia.
The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of local and international companies, speakers, panelists, journalists, diplomats, and government officials. And the event was inaugurated by Chairman of UATE Alexandr Yesayan, Minister of High Tech Industry Robert Khachatryan, EU Ambassador to Armenia Andrea Wiktorin, Ambassador of Germany to Armenia Viktor Richter, and Chairman of DigiTec Summit Raffi Kassarjian.
As part of the event, summit attendees with Full Network Pass tickets have the opportunity to pitch their start-ups to one of five venture capitalists from around the world in the Venture Capital Speed Dating.
