Azerbaijan dismantling Karabakh capital Stepanakert’s residential buildings
The Azerbaijani administration has started dismantling the residential buildings in Stepanakert, the capital of Azerbaijani-occupied Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). Sergey Shahverdyan, the former Minister of Culture, Youth and Tourism of Artsakh, has raised an alarm about this.
“It can be seen from the disseminated videos that an entire block of residential buildings and the city bus terminal were demolished at the beginning of May,” Shahverdyan wrote.
